Day #11-At Sea-January 15
·
Up at 650am
·
Aft pool area for coffee and breakfast while
reading my meditations and How to Be a
Victorian. Loving this book.
·
Next, I visited Jim poolside. We had a nice talk
and I decided to join him sunbathing. Despite being mostly covered by an umbrella,
being out only 40 minutes, and being soaked in SPF50, I reddened deeply.
Reminiscent of my past sun worshipping days, I wore mostly white the rest of
the day.
·
We won first place in 11:45 trivia!!
·
I finally took an afternoon nap! The sun
obviously wiped me out!
·
Salsa dance class where we regularly switch
partners, was oodles of fun. As a Miami girl, I had an edge on most with my
salsa skills.
·
A young singing quartet of men, “Jack Pack”,
entertained for the evening show. They were finalists in 2015 on Britain’s Got
Talent. They will not perform on cruise ships for long because a much grander
future awaits this talented and engaging young group.
·
I danced my heart out with the gentlemen hosts
before retiring!
Tonight, strangely, we will set the clocks back
by only a half hour.
